All TF products are shipped from Prato (near Florence), Italy, by standard mail unless otherwise specified. Orders are processed within 2 working days of receipt.
We sell you the book or accessory at the price on the website and deliver it right away. For orders outside Italy, we add a postal charge, see the section on shipping prices.
Free shipping orders in Italy should arrive in 3/5 working days.
European orders should arrive in 6/7 working days. If it’s longer, please get in touch and we will see if we can follow up from our end. We do not use a full tracking service.
For the rest of the world, please allow up to 9/14 working days. A few items in our shop are sent directly from the US, in this case we offer free shipping and a shorter delivery time.
