Chelsea Sarg

    Chelsea Sarg is a Fulbright recipient and recent graduate from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Piedmont, where she received her Master’s in World Food Cultures and Mobility, and wrote her thesis on natural wine. She is a researcher, writer and food business advisor. She is proud to be from another beautiful wine region: Sonoma County, California.
