Anna Dowling-Clarke is an art historian and classically trained singer based between Edinburgh and Florence. She is pursuing opera studies with renowned opera singer Silvia Bossa at the Florence Opera Academy while completing a research project at the Dutch Institute for Art History in Florence, investigating women’s cultural patronage and female networks in Florence from 1530 to 1630.
