Melaleuca’s autumn harvest menu features turkey with bone broth gravy, sourdough stuffing, sage and sweet potato bake, cranberry sauce, kale and jersualem artichoke salad with walnuts, and house milk rolls with honey butter. Florence Food Studio offer several options for thanksgiving: join their party at the FFS private restaurant (via D’Ardiglione 39) on November 25 (40 euro per person), or book it for your exclusive party – minimum ten people – on November 26 or 27 (40 euro per person). Alternatively, pick up your Thanksgiving dinner and enjoy it at home (35 euro per person). The two day exploration of sustainability and circularity in the Italian Fashion system includes an introduction to the A.S.P.R.I Association recycling and reusable leather and natural dyeing workshop at Lotto Zero in Prato.
