Previous edition of Toscana Pride

June is Pride month and Florence certainly knows how to celebrate. Toscana Pride joins together various associations and organized groups that deal with LGBTIQA matters (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual, Intersex, Queer, Asexual). From June 21-26, talks will take place throughout the region with the main events taking place in Arezzo, Florence, Livorno, Pisa, Pistoia and Siena. While the traditional parade in Livorno will unfortunately not be going ahead this year for pandemic reasons, the 14 associations that make up the organizing committee have instead planned street demonstrations, artistic performances and online readings and talks to celebrate LGBTQIA+ pride.
