Florence’s music scene will get vibing this fall as top acts fly in from all over Europe and the U.S.

Head over to Tender, in via Alamanni 4, near Santa Maria Novella train station, to take in a whole host of vibes, including Brit mixed-genre band Gabby Young on October 10, German alt/indie husband and wife duo Sea + Air on October 17 and U.S. group Ghost to Falco on October 24. All gigs, which start at 10.30pm, are followed by after-show DJ sets.

Check out www.tenderclub.it for the full live set listing.

On the other side of town, near the Fiorentina soccer stadium, in viale Fanti 20, Glue (www.gluefirenze.com) has moved its live sets to Saturday nights. Check out the dreamy, psychedelic rhythm and blues of Sicilian band Pan del Diavolo on October 12 at 10.30pm. Sign up for a 10 euro card and you get free access to all shows for the year.

Until early November, enjoy the world music festival, Musica dei Popoli, at Flog (www.flog.it) in the Rifredi neighbourhood, with interesting dance groups and musicians from Africa, Latin America, Asia, the Arab world and from Italy too of course.
