New winger

Valon Behrami is a new Viola winger, purchased from West Ham United FC in England. Born in Yugoslavia to Albanian parents, he grew up in Stabio, a village in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. Since 2005, Behrami has been a part of the Swiss national team. On January 27, during Behrami’s first press conference, he said that he missed Italian football and was happy to return.A big loss in Rome

The Fiorentina played against Lazio on January 29. With no goals scored by either side before the 69th minute of the match, Lazio forward Libor Kozák scored two goals within four minutes of each other (one a penalty). The Fiorentina were unable to score any goals, thus ending the match 2-0.Comings and goings

A draw in Parma

Viola midfielder Gaetano D’Agostino tied up the match with a penalty kick four minutes into the second half. Both teams earned one point each for the draw.
